About Michelle Mikesell, Insperity:
Michelle applies her extensive experience to helping growth organizations understand their culture gaps and align their people and business strategies. She specializes in executive team benchmarking and leadership development and has led cultural and organizational change across industries that include banking, health care, education, technology and manufacturing. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the for-profit and non-profit sectors designing and leading assessment programs and alignment diagnostics.
Utilizing her all-encompassing sales and human capital expertise, Ms. Mikesell has lead all phases of sales development from process definition and role design, through pricing and proposals, to the build of customized service plans and client onboarding systems. Her tenure in both sales and operations roles, enabling her to execute across divisions in the Middle Market client base.
Michelle is currently Managing Director, HR Operations for Insperity Traditional Empoyment Solutions, providing human capital solutions to meet the culture, compliance, leadership and strategy needs of growth businesses in the Middle Market.
Ms. Mikesell holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Metropolitan State College in Denver, a master’s degree in Communications from the University of Denver and is both SHRM-SCP and ITCP certified. She helps companies know who they are, who they need to be, and how to align their human capital for business success.
